Office Stretching:

The staff of the PEIA Pathways to Wellness program have developed some gentle, yet effective stretching exercises which can be done at work. You will find the exercises are effective and easy to do. SO, when you want to take a short break and work out your aches and pains, give these a try!

Upper Body Stretches-
